Chase Tower was designed by world-renowned Richard Keating, one of the greatest architects of our time, while at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Completed in 1987, the building quickly became and remains Dallas' signature skyline building. The building fronts the Arts District, includes a 1.5 acre landscaped plaza and soars 55 stories into the air.

The building's striking identity is accentuated by its curved roof and its predominant skyline feature, an opening, or sky window, which is six stories high, 27 feet wide, and 80 feet deep. Today, JPMorgan Chase Tower features not only world-class architecture and design but also an unprecedented offering of tenant services and amenities.
